Awesome combo. I've purchased two just to have a back up (not that I have ever needed one). It has plenty of backbone to pull in the big ones but still limber enough for casting small, lightweight lures. At first the price seemed a little high but after hooking into hundereds of fish, big and small, it is worth its weight in gold. The drag is perfect. I have it strung with 30lb braided line which is great for fighting the bigger fish but again allows you to cast a great distance with light weight lures. I'm sure these will get stolen or lost before I would have to buy a new one.
