I use this blower on a 42 ft sailboat that we live on 6 months a year. I turn on the blower whenever the diesel engine or genset is on. I log the running hours and replacement intervals so I know that this blower is only good for 300 to 350 hours before the motor dies. I tried the Shurflo blower with the same result, same motor inside. I am on my 4th one of these now and am trying to source the motor so I can repair it more cheaply. What can I say, cruisers are cheap....
