Lightweight, soft, highly breathable and 100% waterproof, the Blu Eco Jacket and Bib represent the first wave of sustainable marine performance gear. Designed for inshore/coastal use, the jacket offers optimum fit with room for generous layering. A breathable liner and outer DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish transport moisture to the outside to help keep you dry. Articulated elbows and underarms afford excellent range of motion. Additional features include an adjustable cuff design for virtual dry-cuff protection and a storm flap with drainage channel that covers the two-way zip plus an adjustable hem tensioner. The rollaway, hi-vis hood is fully adjustable for width and height. Other outstanding features include a warm, fleece-lined collar, inner security pocket, two large fleece lined hand warmer pockets. Fine details include YKK® vision molded zips and UTS molded HL zip puller.
Bibs feature elasticated shoulder straps, non-corrosive center front zip, internal gusset, hook and loop external ankle adjusters, fast-draining quick-access leg pocket, elasticated waist at back, reinforced seat and knees, diverted reinforcement seams to reduce wear and taffeta lining with DWR finish to speed up drying time. TP Eco Technology ensures that these garments are waterproof and breathable and that they will stand the test of time-but all good things do come to an end. I have only used it once to walk the dog in a steady spring rain. It kept me dry and was comfortable. The zipper is awkard and hard to start. I suspect that will be a bigger problem on the boat. Inner and outer sleeves, each with velcro strap adjustment should be very good at keeping water and wind out of sleeves.

I had to exchange for a larger size. West phone folks and at Tallahassee store were great as always. I bought on line and exchanged at the store.
