To receive your plates, all you need to do is:
- Purchase the pre-packaged code at one of our stores, or by mail via westmarine.com.
- After receiving the code, go online and specify the registration number and the color black or white. Background for the registration number is clear, so your boat’s color shows through. 3" block-style letters are USCG legal. Not recommended for inflatable boats.
- Number plates ship by United States mail.

Comments about Rigid Hull Boat Number Plates:
I have a dark blue hull on my boat, and the parts of the plate that are clear are not exactly clear, you can see patches of the glue and the blue color does not show thru as well as I thought it would. I would think that this plate would look good on white or light colored hulls, but I wouldn't recommend it for a dark colored hull application

Comments about Rigid Hull Boat Number Plates:
I just purchased a new pontoon boat, visited West Marine online and found this boat number plate listed. Simple to apply and looks like a professional did the job. A little measuring is required but otherwise to apply the product is so easy. Much simpler than applying individual letters and numbers. I would buy this product again.
