Bought while on vacation at a West Marine store. Watch was last and on display. battery depleted two months later. Replaced battery at a store, soon after water appeared on display and stopped working.

Owned this watch over one year and recently vacationed in Hawaii. After swimming in the ocean for an hour in 5 feet of water my Dell watch stopped working. Allowed a drying time of 48 hours and watch still does not work, no display at all on face. Will not purchase another one.

I live in an area, Barnegat, nj; where there are significant tide swings and need a reliable tide indicator watch. This watch may be capable of that function but I have yet to figure it out. The instructions rely on NOAA tide tables and the specific time for the year's highest tide; first you have to find that (lots of luck) then you need to input it exactly; I thought I did that but the watch is still half a tide off. My wife and I joke that at least I know it is accurate some where in the world but not where we are.

Although I had to replace the little bar fastener to keep the band from coming loose, the watch delivers accurate tide readings for cruising the Crystal River Estaury and shallow Gulf of Mexico Coast in west central Florida.
