Comments about Men's IN7 Inshore Sport Jacket:
I liked the fit of this Jacket, I wear a men's 44 Long and require 35 in sleeves. The XL fit me perfectly without being too big in the body.
The waist drawstring and Velcro cuffs keep the water and wind out. The zipper placket backing is a little narrow for effective sealing against wind driven rain when I compare it to my heavy duty foul weather gear.
The 3 zippered pockets keep things from falling out when you are active.
Breathability is good for the price. No armpit vents which are usually not found on sailing gear so be aware if you plan to use it for hiking. Collar is unlined so may want to have a scarf or turtleneck with you when you wear this. Excellent to layer over West Patagonia jacket when weather gets colder.
Overall a good buy when it is on sale.

Comments about Men's IN7 Inshore Sport Jacket:
Great light weight jacket for cool days on the water day sailing. Same great quality as my other Gil foul weather gear.

Comments about Men's IN7 Inshore Sport Jacket:
Excellent for rain or wind. It breathes well and I layer clothes underneath for 3 season use on Lake Michigan. The hood is very light weight and as in the video hides without even noticing it. The light weight makes it flimsy though and can be very loud in driving rain. At 6'4" the slight elbow pocket let you bend without the sleeves creeping up. This is a stylish durable jacket that has held up well for 2 years and still preforms great.
