Works just fine. Need to occassionally tighten the pivot arm screw, but that is expected with anything on a boat.

Have not installed yet but it looks like it will be easy to take on and off.
I waterski on a lake that allows only a driver with a mirror to tow a skier.
Bought this mirror for my husband for Christmas and he wanted the 7x14 size so we returned this one.
