This is almost perfect, I gave it 4 out if 5 stars because of price. Most people cant afford this. Safety items should be affordable. I love the safe feeling it brings me , hope I never use it, but if I have to no worries. Sell it for $125 and its 5 out of 5.

Wanted one package for inland/coastal crusing that would meet all Coast Guard requirements. Could have met minimum requirements cheaper but am kind of boater that wants a little extra when it comes to safety issues.
