Comments about AmSteel Blue Dyneema SK 75 Single Braid:
I was new to splicing, but splicing this was a breeze. I ended up replacing my meathook lifelines with it and was by far cheaper and faster than ordering the metal lines again. I loved it so much I began using it to shorten my vang, then my mainsheet........what's next??? It looks so great that I noticed my neighbors were starting to do the same.

Comments about AmSteel Blue Dyneema SK 75 Single Braid:
Not only is AmSteel extemely strong for the weight, it was incredibly easy to splice. With the ability to easily splice the rope, it makes it easier to utilize AmSteel in many ways. Running rigging, standing rigging, and lifeline replacement are very easy to do with the appropriatly chosen AmSteel line.

Comments about AmSteel Blue Dyneema SK 75 Single Braid:
I use the 3/16 Amsteel to replace the steel lifelines on my 26 ft sailboat. It's easier to inspect and replace than steel cable and no meat hooks. The crew hikes hard and puts a lot of strain and wear on lifelines. The Amsteel is IMO, far superior, with good UV resistance and longevity of use.
