Comments about 5 Gallon Yellow Tall Jerry Can:
The worst fuel can I have ever used. Poor design and cheap construction. Cap does not tighten securely. Small parts to lose overboard. Can is not vented for good flow. And the eco spout does not work, plain and simple. Spills more fuel than I have ever spilled with any other kind of can. Impossible to use on a boat that is in the water. A complete failure of a product. Makes you wonder if the guys who make these cans ever use them ...

Comments about 5 Gallon Yellow Tall Jerry Can:
I use two of these "CARB" compliant cans for extra fuel on the deck of a sailboat. The overall contstruction of the cans is great, but the "spillproof" design has caused me to spill more fuel than ever before. The spout does not work as intended, especially in the deck fill of a boat. The spout either won't open or won't close. To make matters worse without a vent in the can attempting to pour into a funnel without the spout creates a huge mess.
I'll be replacing these cans with vented ones in Mexico.
Pros
- Fits well against rail
- Good Performance
- Just the right size
Cons
- Caps are poorly designed
Best Uses
- Sailboat
Comments about 5 Gallon Yellow Tall Jerry Can:
To may parts to cap system. Too easy to drop a cap part overboard when filling you water tank. Would like for the caps to be sturdier.
