Very quiet, easy installation. powers galley and shower fixtures simultaneously with a hot/ cold water mix, with plenty of pressure. I dont perfer the included 0-ring type hose connections however they function great with no leaks under pressure and do provide for a quick connection and disconnection if you remove your pump for winter storage. No accumlation tank is a plus for me. Good price and service delivery from West Marine.

We do not use this pump on a boat. We use this as a booster pump to deliver water to our house from a storage tank. We have a solar power system with a 24 volt well pump. It has to run every day for short bursts several times a day.
We had to purchase a new pump since the old one, two years old, failed. That one was a replacement for the previous one that lasted two years.
They have to have new brushes after one year of use. We take it to a fellow who repairs car starter motors.
They seem to overheat at the two year mark and can not be repaired after that. Such is life
We keep buying them only because we have not found another one that will deliver the GPMs we need.
