Worst assembly directions ever. Very hard to put together. Not sure it is even together right now because of bad directions.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery took longer than expected. Had product shipped to store and they NEVER called us to let us know it was there. I had to call them after a week and they just said "oh yeah we just found it in a box in the back".

Very easy to use and I hope it lasts a long time. Seems very pricey for what it is - a plastic tub, some wheels and a handle. Good utility and holds a lot.
