This traditional Time & Tide Clock has a black dial with easy-to-read bold white lettering and is housed in a black acrylic case. The combination quartz clock and tide clock movements are AA battery operated. The tide indicator is calibrated for the East Coast of the United States and averages the lunar tide cycle. Mounting hardware included.

Comments about Trident Time & Tide Clock:
Having a clock & tide indicator is a great combination but it is executed very poorly because of the color scheme selected. If the background had been white with black numbers one could read the dark red tide hand from a reasonable distance. Having a dark red tide hand on a black background is just impossible to read from more than a few feet away. W & P really dropped the ball on this one. If this were to fall off the wall and break, I would NOT replace it!
