Great product! Fits against the back of the seat without drooping or sagging nicely. Holds alot of gear, and its nice keeping things handy without having a tacklebox on the floor of the boat. One of the downsides is that heavy stuff displaces the pockets and makes zipping the bag harder. I'm ordering a second one for the passenger seat, and will be eliminating another tacklebox, though. Awesome product.
