Two of these lamps were purchased and they are wonderful. Very functional and they look great too. I plan to use them in a boat, but they would be a great addition to a nautical themed room and if the power fails, they are a great backup light source. They even provide enough light to read by without eye strain.

Been boating 53 years. Contractor for 27 years. This product, used correctly, lights up a very large area compared to most similar styles. It holds plenty of fuel, and is easily refilled, cleaned and re-wicked. I did use a stabilizer under the body of the lamp to keep it level as a precaution. Ordered 3 more!
