Comments about Powerlock Rod Holder:
I have a small boat and only had room for two standard flush mount rod holders, so I bought two of these Scotty rod holders to meet my needs. I went bottom fishing offshore and initially felt reluctant to use these Scotty Rod Holders, but eventually needed to utilize them. I threw a bait and set a pole. The pole in that holder doubled over. Penn 4/0...eventually lost the fish (after a 2-3 minute fight), but the rod holder took a massive hit...and performed excellently. No damage...no bending...no slipping into another position. That rod holder worked so well...I've decided to buy two more. That's why I'm on this website and giving a review today. I was glad to see they were still available. BTW...that day caught many muttons, lanes and reds.

Comments about Powerlock Rod Holder:
I've used many types of rod holders over the years, that is, until I found Scotty rod holders. They are relatively inexpensive, work incredibly well, and last a long time. When you're out on the water, you want something that's functional, durable, reliable, easy to use, and increases your odds at catching more fish. These rod holders shine in all of those areas. I would reccomend them to anyone, they are the best buy on the market, imo.
