Comments about Drinking Water Freshener:
I have been using this product for the past 15 years and have not found an easier to use product that does exactly what it says. It keeps water fresh year round as long as you follow directions and keep each tank of water treated. I use the water for drinking, washing and making ice in an ice maker. The water always tastes fresh and refreshing.
Pros

- Simple to measure
Cons
- None
Best Uses
- Any size boat
- Any size water tank
Comments about Drinking Water Freshener:
After winter layup, I flush the water system a couple times, then use Aquabon slightly stronger than suggested, then let it set for a week (overnight probably would work also). Then drain the water system once more, then add the proper amount as suggested by the mfgr on the next refill. For the remainder of the season, I add at each water tank refill as recommended. We normally use 28 gal every other week in not anchored on overnights, no water tank odors, this stuff works for me.
