Comments about Shower Sump System:
This product was original equipment in my 2002 Sea Ray 320 Sundancer. It worked fine for about 2 years, then quit. I ordered a replacement, which only lasted 14 months. I ordered another, with an extended warranty, replaced 2 in 2 years. Guess what? it's out again. I just ordered a different brand. What a piece of JUNK!!

Comments about Shower Sump System:
Since the original sump pump box was a Rule product, this product was an easy install and fit perfectly, however,it is immediately obvious that this is much better than the originally OEM installed unit with updated Rule pump that draws less amperage, and a better filter easier to remove. I highly recommend this sump pump.

Comments about Shower Sump System:
In the other reveiw "the pump was running", you have a clogged output hose, or more likly a clogged intake below the pump. Remove 4 top screws and the 2 clips that hold the pump in place, clean out blockage, reassemble, and you are done. That pump continued to operate even when flow was clogged. Rule make the best product on the market.
I went thru two of these in a year & a halve. The pump was running but not pumping water out, therefore the water would overflow the sump and get all over the storage compartment.
