Not sure what other review os talking about. The bungee action is awesome. With a static rope, the line has to be slack free before takeoff, and with any slack that develops on turns, you have to slow down to ease out the slack lest you jerk the riders and the boat. With this line, the bungee absorbs the slack and makes the riders - both on the tube and in the boat - more comfortable and safer. Five starts all the way!
