Ideal for mounting near a companionway or any other location subject to occasional spray. Non-corroding resin cases are O-ring-sealed to resist water intrusion. The crystals are scratch-resistant, non-glare glass. Hinged bezels and a knurled brass locking lug simplify dial and battery access. Mounting hardware included. Comments about Bluewater Time & Tide Clock:
I am not sure how "occasional spray" is defined by the manufacturer. I installed this piece next to my companionway, under a small fairing. Most of the time it s dry, but yesterday the rain was more "horizontal" than usual, reaching the device. It turned out that water flowing down the front glass easily finds it way inside and collects there. I got about half an inch of water behind the front glass, the arms were almost reaching it during the movement. I had to drill a hole at the bottom to drain the water, and I am planning to use some life caulk between the front glass and the case.

- Functional
- Installs Easily
- Space Efficient
- Stable
- Visually Appealing
Cons
- Needs western tide
Best Uses
- Daily Use
Comments about Bluewater Time & Tide Clock:
