I just lost a pair of the same make as these after 10 years of them being on my boat. They showed signs of all that sun but still worked just as they had when new. This after thousands(no exaggeration) of trout, redfish, and hardhead catfish. My buddy dropped them over the side and into the Steinhatchee grass they now live. Had to get another pair.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
