Remove or catch petroleum fluids before they make a dangerous mess in the bilge. Absorbers absorb oil but won't absorb water. When material is saturated with oil, lift out and dispose or wring out. The absorbers won't disintegrate even after many uses.

I am tired of using pads to keep my bilge clean, they simply don't work for more than a couple weeks, and then you have plan on getting all dirty. The product is terrible.

The product does not hold the oil, it dripped onto my deck onto the dock and then I wasn't sure about how to dispose of it. I personally like the Smart Sponge made by AbTech its wont re-release any oil keeping it in a solid form.
