Comments about Heavy Duty 1600, 2200 & 4000 GPH Pumps:
bought a johnson 1600gph, took 40 sec to fill a 5 gal bucket using 1-1/8 dia hose = 7.5gal per min x 60 min = 450 per hr. Tried against a Rule 1500gph, took 20 sec to fill a 5 gal bucket using a 1-1/8 hose = 15 gal per min x 60 = 900 gal per min. Which I think is reasonable
