Installed this ladder on our Gibson houseboat in Lake Mead. Works as advertized,my short person wife can board the boat with ease!! no corrosion problems in fresh water. This is just a nice boarding ladder or a place to sit up to your chin in water and have an adult beverage.

Comments about Ladder Platforms:
I changed the ladder from my sea ray weekender becuase it was way to hard to get on the boat. This new 5 step w platform made it so much nicer to get on and off the boat! the only thing i had to do was drill new holes in the boat but i was able to cover the old holes up real quick. This latter has help us enjoy the boat much more.

Cons
- Shows significant rusting

Comments about Ladder Platforms:
The ladder design is good, but showed significant rusting and broken platform cable wires after less than six months use. Use in fresh water only.
