I have replaced 2 of these cars on my Beneteau 323. Once because one of the adjuster pins sheared off. Once because the stopper metal piece that prevents the sheave unit from flopping over against the side of the cabin, broke off. Both sheaves had chips come off as I believe the polycarbonate material becomes brittle in the UV sunlight. Should be made of aluminum, like those on the Shaefer cars.
