Comments about Dock Pro Inflatable Dock Wheels:
Would be nice if it was made of stainless. yes, more expensive, but Stainless products are much more common now and costs have come down in the last 20 years. Galvanized just doesnt hold up more than a couple of years on our dock by the ocean. Probably a better bet for freshwater applications.

Comments about Dock Pro Inflatable Dock Wheels:
We get some cross currents at our dock in the afternoon and when you combine it with a bit of wind it can be tricky to dock. These wheels saved my boat from damage on more than one occassion.

Comments about Dock Pro Inflatable Dock Wheels:
BE CAREFUL!! The 18" straight version will collapse in a design flaw! In heavy use, (storm) when you need them most, the wheel will actual collapse/fall down the post ~4-6", leaving the post high, potentially a hazard to your hull!
I ahd a multi-million dollar NEW yacht take SERIOUS damage because of this! The corners seem immune/better designed, but push down on the wheel of a straight one and pop, the wheel will fall down and expose the post/shaft! That shaft is now a WEAPON against your hull!

Comments about Dock Pro Inflatable Dock Wheels:
We get gusty winds pushing against the bow and starboard side while docking. I've run into my dock box a couple of times and really worried that one time the wind would really push hard and we would have an expensive repair. I don't worry now, as the 18" wheel will save my hull and dock box.

Comments about Dock Pro Inflatable Dock Wheels:
Expensive but worth it to protect the new boat. You appreciate it every time you enter the slip.
