My pontoon often ties onto other boats and this product looked like it would fit the bill for increased safety. The product directions were not printed clearly, examples were not clear, glossed over key parts and had to be intuitively followed. I wasn't able to attach this product despite help from a more mechanical friend. If any parts were missing, I wouldn't know since they weren't listed. ANybody else use this product - advise how to install
