Schaefer's new stainless steel open base cleats are a combination of form, function and strength. Using electropolished 316 stainless steel and incorporating counter-sunk holes for flush mount fasteners. Urethane washers keep dissimilar metals apart and generous radiused edges keep line chafe to a minimum. Stainless steel open base cleat, smooth generous radius edges reduce line chafe.
