I recently purchased six of these, and found that three of them would not hold air. The needle valves were not sealing properly. At the recommendation of West Marine, I contacted the manufacturer, and was provided free replacement valves by mail, with instructions for installation. Installation was simple, and the fenders now work properly.

Ordered 3 - bumpers; two came in plastic and in new condition, one was shipped without plastic cover and looked like it had been used and returned. Over all product works as advertised, just disappointed in the condition of the one bumper.

These are the best fenders we've ever owned. The vinyl is thicker than the others that have failed us. The whip holes are extra tough. Guaranteed for the life of my boat - can't do better than that.
