I got tired of Mickey Mouse quality coolers and the hassle of carrying a full cooler. Igloo answered my prayers with this one. If you prep the cooler and pack it right, it will hold the ice as promise. I suggest other customers go online and see a demo and how to pack a cooler, it makes a huge difference. For day picnics as well as long weekend camping, you can't beat it. I got it on special for [$] each, what a steal. Everybody is always asking questions about it, and I get compliments galore on every use.

Don't buy this cooler,,, it slides all over the deck, even carpeted sections. It doesnt keep ice well,, advertised to us as a 6 day cooler,, it barely keeps ice for the weekend. We need to add ice atleast once. In our air conditioned kitchen at home it barely made 3 days with ice. We were looking for a cooler to take on a 7 to 10 day trip,,, ,this WONT do it.

the black foam ripped during one use, flimsey. the drain cap holder broke as well as the cover snap. we werent abusive at all and im hoping the parts can be replaced. i reinforced the foam as there is no replacement. i used coban

I purchased this cooler because of the features and design. The wheels work well as does the extending handle. The problem is with the quality of materials for the handle, specifically the soft foam handle. My wife's fingernails cut the foam when she was pulling the cooler. Upon closer inspection, pinching the foam, I realized how fragile the foam is.
Additionally, the version I purchased does not match the picture above. There is no covering for the pull handle on the front of the cooler. There are also no hook for securing to deck as seen in the picture. This might be a good tailgate cooler, but not for boating.

Absolutely a great product. I can transport full cooler of drinks,ice, bait and of course fish to and from boat without major lifting. Extended handle balances the load. quality construction! One con is minimal bottom surface area so cooler slides easily on deck when wheels are not even touching. Use nonskid mat underneath to resolve! That is my only recommendation and love using this product!!
