Comments about echo 500C Color Fishfinder:
Unit failed, screen went from normal to crazy digital snow. Ocean was a bit sloppy and unit was wet from salt spray and rain all day. I had the unit for three outings in a month and it onlt really worked a fraction of that time. I'm sending it back. I have numerous Garmin GPS units but will not use a Garmin Sonar again.
