Comments about 570 DI Fishfinder Sonar Only:
My boat is a jet drive. Mounted Ok, every boat is different, so directions are only a guide. Transducer: very difficult to install. My transom is stepped, 3 inches high, but angled from stern forward. Had to build a shim wedge. Once installed, seemed to work Ok for a month. Never got an image like the ad. Sometimes the screen would blank out except for 2 vertical lines. Would not turn off or on. The only way to restart was remove the head unit and re-mount. Thank goodness for the quick-release mount, but removing at sea is somewhat risky. On my first power-stop, the transducer bracket snapped off, trans ripped from the cable. Trans was mounted as far from nozzle as possible.
