After fighting with Lowrance LCX-28c for over a year, updating software, Lowrance refusing to warranty, all the while finding the bottom, freezing up, finding it again, then losing it's mind, etc. In Hell's Canyon no less when I need to know the depth!! this Humminbird worked flawlessly right out of the box. Kicks the $1,100 Lowrance's [*]. Fantastic screen and clarity. Great unit.
