Comments about 7 Series Fiddle Block with Cam and Becket:

Well, it's functional, but Schaefer really needs to lighten up the springs on that metal cam cleat, or at least make the tension adjustable. In lighter air, I literally have to hold the mainsheet behind the block and jerk the line into the cam as hard as I can to get enough pressure to open it up. It's removeable, however I'm annoyed I have to spend another $35 to replace a brand new ill-designed cam for a plastic one. Besides that, everything works.
