The body is Sherpa-lined, the hood and pockets are too, but not the sleeves. The sleeves are thin cotton/polyester that allows the wind to blow through. So much for stopping the chill. Why line the hood and even the pockets, but not the sleeves? The lining is not bulky, so the sleeves would not bind if lined.
The cuffs simply do not match the finish of the rest of the hoodie. Since the hoodie is well done finish wise in a traditional sense, in comparison, the unfinished edging (actually unraveling) on the cuffs looks like someone made a mistake and sewed the cuffs in inside out.

The cotton polyester outer shell is thin, but Ok where there is lining. The body, hood and even the pockets are lined, but the sleeves are not. This garment may be Ok for taking out the trash, but your arms will get really cold if you are outside in chilly weather for a longer period of time; especially if there is a breeze.
"The unfinished edging on the raglan sleeves", which are raveling, are out of place with the remainder of the hoodie, which is finished well in the traditional way. It looks like you have a well done, finely finished garment except at the cuffs, which give the appearance of someone in China stitching them inside out.
