Bought this to use in the SUV on long trips and in the boat for short trips for our 3 year old daughter. Anyone can use it easily. Very practical toilet. And we will continue to use it in the boat.

This toilet lasted for ten years on my sailboat with moderate to heavy use. It finally broke and I am buying another. I wish I could get that kind of service from the rest of my on-board equipment!!

the previous reviewer commented on the fresh water tank capacity being larger than the waste tank. this is common in portable toilets as it allows several emptying operations before having to refil the fresh water tank. that way you only have to carry the lower half to dump it. it would be difficult to use the space above the holding tank to hold waste as it wouldnt travel upward. if you are going to comment on engineering you should have a basic understanding of it.
