Comments about Cruiser 976 Portable/Permanent Toilet:
Had it on my boat for three months so far. About a month and a half in the flush mech broke and there is no possible way of fixing it due to the design of it. Getting it pumped out after the weekend and using a fair amount of the chemicals it is fine and doesn't smell at all even without the proper seal. It's not the worst product in the world but I wouldn't get it again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Comments about Cruiser 976 Portable/Permanent Toilet:
The good, it comes with all the equipment to setup for dump out or pump out - that was a surprise.
Tank level gauge is not readable even with a flashlight.
The handle that opens the door to the holding tank easily falls out of it's groove. This is a less than fun job of reaching inside to push, with great difficulty, the gate back into the groove so that it can seal the tank back up (FYI, you have to take the toilet apart). It will not seal if you do not fix this and the smell will get out. YUCK!
If they fix the tank valve arm, this would be a great head. But the cheap plastic rod and gate simply don't get the job done. We rarely even use it so I can't imagine how someone that uses it all the time gets by.
