Stand-up paddleboard yoga is the practice of yoga poses on top of a paddleboard. This family-friendly water activity challenges your balance and builds strength and flexibility throughout your entire body. Plus, it's relaxing and fun. Seychelle was born and raised in the Florida Keys, and has always had a deep connection to the water. She holds a USCG 100 ton Masters license and has lived and sailed around the world as a professional yachtsman. She moved back to Florida to pursue a career in stand-up paddle, and is ranked in the top 10 internationally competitive SUP racers, the Guinness World Record holder for long distance SUP and the 2016 Fastest Paddler on Earth.


In 2013, Seychelle began teaching yoga on stand-up paddleboards. She is a Yoga Alliance E- RYT200 and Continuing Education Provider. With her extensive knowledge of the sport of SUP and more than 13 years in yoga studies, Seychelle has developed her own curriculum for teaching safe, efficient and most of all fun yoga classes on the water. She also leads a group SUP fitness and private SUP coaching and lessons as well as dynamic yoga and fitness classes on land and in the studio. Her classes on and off the board are a blend of the diverse styles she has practiced and a unique journey to cultivate strength, energy, balance and bliss within.
