Fill your way to a perfect finish with Awlgrip Two-Part High-Build Primer.
AwlGrip High Build Epoxy Primer is a sandable, two-component epoxy primer that is best used as a surfacer over other AwlGrip primers and fairing Compounds. High Build Epoxy Primer can also be applied directly to properly prepared wood or fiberglass; however, best results are obtained when these surfaces are first sealed with 545 Primer. Base and converter are sold separately. Not for use below the waterline.

- Recommended Application Method: Conventional or airless spray only. Pressure feed equipment required. Not for roll and tip application.
- Number of coats recommended: 2-3
- Induction Time after Mixing: 15 Minutes
- Pot Life: @ 77°F, 50% RH: 8 hrs.
- Recommended Wet Film Thickness: 8-10 mils
- Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 4-5 mils
- Application Temperature: minimum 13°C (55°F) maximum 41°C (105°F).
- Primer Needed: 545 Primer
- Coverage: 814 Sq. Feet/Gallon
- Converter: AwlGrip (D9001)
- Drying Time to Full Cure: 12-24 hr.
- Cleaner: T0006, T0002, or T0031 Reducers
