Bases and mounts are constructed from marine grade 316 stainless steel to resist rusting, pitting and the corrosive effects of saltwater use. Polished to a mirror finish. Mounting hardware included. Tilt-up bracket locks in the upright and down positions to allow your downrigger to be tilted in either position. Powder coated with stainless steel hardware.
