These sunglasses are equally at home if you're on the deck of a fishing boat or on shore wishing you were on the deck of a fishing boat.

Gannets are large, striking seabirds that regularly fly over 1,800 miles from New Zealand to Australia and dive with half-closed wings into the sea to catch fish. You'll probably want to adopt a more conventional way of fishing, yet spend as much time on the water as possible. Costa's Gannet Sunglasses are highly durable with medium-fit TR-90 nylon frames that are made with resin from the castor plant. This bio-based resin offers a 70% reduction in emissions over petroleum-based resin, helping to reduce the overall carbon footprint. Reflective glare and eye strain is minimized or eliminated altogether with their 100% polarized, scratch-resistant 580P polycarbonate lenses. Hydrolite nose pads and water drop-shaped epoxy fill at the temple tips will keep them securely on your face. Although, if you want to be extra sure they don't end up diving like a gannet into the sea, a neoprene retainer or leash (sold separately) is inexpensive insurance.
