The Crewsaver Crewfit 40 Pro is an inflatable life jacket providing safe yet stylish comfort for all your water needs.

Incorporating Crewsaver’s latest “Fusion” 3D technology, the Crewfit Pro molds to the shape of your body while the form-fitting neckline sits off your neck for complete freedom of movement and optimal comfort. Tough and reliable, the Crewfit gets the job done during all your water activities. After inflation, the bladder turns you onto your back while supporting your head and keeping your mouth above the water for superior safety.

Automatic Inflatable

Automatic inflation is initiated when life jacket is submerged in water minimizing the risk of accidental inflation and avoids premature inflation due to rain or ocean spray. The indicator window allows you to easily check the status of your inflator. Featuring a YKK® Quickburst® zipper for quick and controlled inflation of the life jacket while assisting with repacking and easy access to the canister for servicing or replacement. Manual inflation is achieved by the yellow pull cord or once inflated, by the oral inflation tube on the bladder.

You will want to visually inspect your life jacket for leaks or tears every few months and service the automatic inflator yearly. Rearm your life jacket with a Rearming Kit (sold separately). 

Integrated Harness

Includes soft loop D-rings for attaching your safety tether (sold separately).

Thanks to the “Fusion” 3D technology that flexes and sculpts to your shape, the Crewfit offers a comfortable fit for all day wear.  The form-fitting neckline sits off of your neck eliminating fatigue and optimizes freedom of movement for your head and neck. Once inflated, the unique chin support on the bladder comfortably tilts your head back keeping your airways clear.

Construction

The durable nylon shell will stand up to years of harsh conditions while the webbing tidy’s keep loose straps hidden and out of your way. The bladder is bright yellow and includes retro-reflective tape for increased visibility. Twin adjusters allow easy, quick donning and the center buckle adjuster offers a secure fit.
