This complete cooler hold down set includes four Starboard corner blocks, two elastic straps with nylon ends and 16 stainless steel mounting screws. The low profile keeps a cooler from moving but also permits easy removal by releasing the corosion free hooks on the elastic straps. Fits most coolers.
