Stabilizers are constructed of heavy duty PVC enclosed in 420-denier nylon covers and Training Wheels are made of heavy duty PVC only. Stabilizers will provide extended life in comparison to Training Wheels. This is due to their nylon cover acting as an extra protective layer that will withstand more wear and use over time than the Training Wheels whose PVC is exposed at all times.
