STAINS THE BOAT!

Comments about HTS 75 Dyneema Single Braid Line:
I made a nice set of sheets for my Asym spinnaker on my 34' cruising sailboat, with additional cover and core to thicken at the winches. The work GREAT! Unfortunately, I used red. I now have red stains on my jib suncover, red stains on the leach of my main, red stains on my main boom, red stains on my lifelines, red stains on my tee-shirt, red stains on my gelcoat, red stains ANYWHERE this line rubs. I spoke with NER at the boat show, and they said "yeah, that happens."
Use the line, it's great -- but go with GRAY or realize you WILL GET STAINS.
If I sound annoyed, YES. I'm not talking small marks, I'm talking huge red stains that don't come off.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Just what I expected and at a good price
Comments about HTS 75 Dyneema Single Braid Line:
I got this line for my lifelines, for my backstay and vang cascades and with what was left I made some soft shackles
Service and delivery comments:
Product was shipped really fast although in a box too big for just a coil of rope

Great for shackles

Comments about HTS 75 Dyneema Single Braid Line:
Less expensive, lighter weight, and higher SWL than using SS shackles to attach blocks to ringbolts or screw eyes. What's not to like.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Very great rope used for life lines

Comments about HTS 75 Dyneema Single Braid Line:
I used this for my life lines after reading the article in .goodoldboat magazine.
The are a lot stronger than the steel wire and are nicer on the hand.
I chose the new england brand because the bremel splice does not require any whipping.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
