The princess seams on the front and back of Patagonia's Micro Swell Rash Guard give it a flattering close-to-body fit that's not too tight and definitely not too loose like that rash guard you borrowed from your brother/father/significant other. You'll notice the raglan cap sleeves have gussets and seams that are placed away from your sensitive underarm areas to ensure you won't get chafed and allow a full range of motion as you paddle out past the break. The low mock neck protects your upper body from chafing as well. The fabrics used in this rash guard are made from recycled polyester, recycled nylon and spandex so they're fast-drying, lightweight, stretchy, durable and environmentally safer since they cause less air, water and soil contamination compared to using non-recycled fibers.
