Product Overview

Not for sale online in California.

For those who face both water and fire hazards, the Deck Hand II from Stearns protects you with a flame resistant exterior and 15.5 pounds of buoyancy.

Stearns encased this heavy-duty life jacket with Nomex® fabric that is a durable, flame resistant fabric that withstands intense heat. Nomex® along with a tough nylon inner shell and marine mesh inner lining, make this life jacket ideal for firefighters or oil rig workers seeking heat protection. 10 flotation foam panels offer a flexible, contoured fit while a waist break makes sitting more comfortable.

The Deck Hand II has a rustproof Vislon® zipper and heavy-duty encircling body belt with side adjustments for a more custom-like fit. SOLAS grade reflective material and the distinct orange coloring increase visibility in smoky conditions. Finally, keep gear securely close in a chest pocket with hook and loop closures. When fire and water collide, be prepared with a Deck Hand II.
