Quick connection of the leash to the boat-side is with a 360 degree, nylon, swivel hook to any pad eye or accessible seat strap. The connection to the paddle or rod is through the use of the upper-rope-loop-through method and provides unrestricted movement while using your paddle or fishing rod.
