Hookit™ Sanding Block

3M Hookit Sanding Blocks work well when using 3M Hookit abrasives. They fit comfortably in the hand, which helps reduce hand fatigue. They also allow for a more even and consistent application of pressure, which delivers more uniform results. 3M Hookit Sanding Blocks let one apply more pressure than would normally seem possible with only one's hand, a benefit that will help complete projects more quickly. For applications that do not allow for power sanding, Hookit Sanding Blocks may be the solution. One can use them in areas out of reach of power sanding tools. Plus, one lingering pause when using a power sander can result in irreversible damage in certain situations. Hand sanding is also conducive to working at a slower pace that’s suitable for more delicate work. Hand sanding also produces less dust if that is a concern.

 

Hookit Sanding Blocks use the 3M Hookit attachment system, which makes for easy replacement of sandpaper sheets. Simply press on the abrasive sheet to get a secure grip, and then peel it away for easy removal. Hookit is the handy time-saving answer when switching between abrasive grits frequently. Best of all, one can remove and reattach an abrasive sheet that still has a useful service life left in it. Simply remove it and reattach later.
