More Accessories for SUP
There are so many ways to enjoy your SUP. You might want to consider yoga on calm waters and a SUP yoga mat will help provide grip so you can practice the most complex positions. Yoga mats offer water resistant stability and some kits include light anchors to keep you from drifting as you clear your mind.
Keep your gear stored well for fishing from your SUP with neat bags and cargo nets.
Paddleboard fins help you to paddle straight when fishing or in choppy waters. Be sure to invest in paddleboard gloves to protect your hands. Depending on the type of SUP you own, you might consider a SUP seat or a set of lights to ensure you are seen.
Make safety a top priority when using your paddleboard. Whether you plan on going on a lake, bay, or other body of water, a coiled ankle leash is a must. This will keep you tethered to your board if you happen to lose your balance.
Packing it away.
Proper storage is essential to keep your standup paddleboard in excellent condition. Holders and paddleboard stands are best for your board when it’s not is use. Wall-mounted racks are a great way to keep your board safe and save space. If you have an inflatable board, you will also need to have a reliable SUP air pump to ensure your board is always water ready.
